Cooking with the Chef Package

• Interactive Workshop* - A world-class culinary experience executed in Belterra's Ultimate Buffet or banquet kitchens hosted by Executive Chef, John Geshrei. Guests may participate in an intimate cooking and tasting seminar of a chosen menu item in one of Belterra's own kitchens. Seasonal, holidays and regional/geographic themes will be determined by Chef John, based on the time/season the workshop is booked. Additionally, each participant will receive recipe cards for the day's meal to take home.

• Demonstrative Workshop* - Take your meeting or event to the next level. Let our Executive Chef host a demonstration of thematic meal or seasonal spread within your banquet space. Menu will be determined by the season/time the workshop is booked. During this entertaining seminar, participants will learn top tips for creating a memorable dining experience, as well as receive a recipe card of that day's culinary treat.

Wine...and Dine Package

• Wine Pairings Workshop* - Develop or expand upon your understanding of wine pairings in this sommelier-guided seminar. Hosted by a local wine connoisseur, this instructional experience will cover food and wine pairings, making your event truly memorable and delicious!

• Wine Pairing & Tasting Workshop* - An upgrade from our Wine Pairing Workshop, this experience will take your guests to the next level: allowing them to indulge in a tasting of fantastic voyages, along with some refreshing hors d'oeuvres, fruits and cheeses. This workshop is packaged according to three levels, based upon your particular needs and desires: Gold Package (super premium wines), Silver Package (premium wines), Bronze Package (house wines).

Floral Designs, Made Simple Package

• Interactive Workshop - This interactive workshop entails a hands-on preperation of a floral arrangement centerpiece. Guests will make their own flower arrangement that they get to take home. Their designs will be unique to their taste by using different colors and flowers. The Floral Designer will share invaluable helpful hints for maintaining healthy flowers and extending their life expectancy.
• Demonstrative Workshop - Guests will witness the development of Belterra's "Crystal Vase." The "Crystal Vase" is our signature arrangement for the hotel front desk. The Flower Designer will create their exhibit for the following day's display; during this time, valuable insight on color schemes, seasonal options and extending the life expectance of flower arrangements will be shared. Each participant will also receive a rose arrangement to take home.

Find out what products are right for your skin with Face Mapping.  This unique skin analysis provides insight into your skin and allows the subsequent prescription of a targeted homecare regimen for healthy skin. This workshop will educate you on how to maintain beautiful, healthy skin on a daily basis, using Dermalogica Skincare. Watch and learn from our beauty expert at Beleza Spa & Salon, as she demonstrates the proper skincare on a live model from the group.
